AHPRA Certification Wording

In March 2025, AHPRA amended the way that certification of copies takes place, removing the requirement to state that the photo was a true likeness.
However, they have now stated that the certification wording should be, I have sighted the original document and certify this to be a true copy of the original document.
You are also required to include your signature, full name, registration number, and date.
AHPRA have stated that if their correct certification wording is not used then the certification will be rejected.
